How many products are available for personalisation?
Currently, we only have one product available in our clothing configurator. Our short denim jacket is the only garment that you can personalise.
We will be in testing phase until the end of the year offering a special promotion on this base garment and next year, we will come back with more products and styles.
Can I make a special personalisation request?

How many patches can I add for free in my personalisation?
You can add 6 patches, free of charge, to your personalisation. Above this number, there is an extra charge of 3 EUR per patch.
How many sizes are available for your denim jacket?
We currently have S, M and L sizes. Please check our size chart at www.adornista.com/sizes for more details. If your measures are borderline you may wish to choose the larger size.
How can I pay for my purchases?
We offer three payment methods: paypal, stripe and bank transfer.
Credit card is available through stripe and paypal.
Do You Store My Credit Card Information?
No credit card information is ever stored on our servers. We use Stripe.com, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256 and decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist.
Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.) For more information, you can visit Stripe’s security policy!
In other words, your credit card details are safe!
Why haven't I received my confirmation email after placing an order?
You should receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order.
If you do not receive this email it may have been caught by your SPAM filter, or there might have been a typing mistake when you entered the email address.

I forgot to enter a promotional code, can I receive the discount?
Unfortunately, once your order has been submitted we are unable to add this retrospectively.
Please note that we cannot cancel any orders after they have been despatched, or if personalisation has be completed.

In which countries is it possible to shop online?
You can currently shop only in Europe.

How many languages is it possible to browse in?

Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
Will I receive exactly the same product as I have personalized or that I see in the photo?
Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.
How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log-in section. Enter your e-mail address and we’ll send you an e-mail telling you what you need to do.
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
Adornista only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us at email@example.com
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

How do I look after my personalised denim jacket?
Please follow the washing instructions suggested by Adornista on the product black card tag.

When can I post a review about your products?
After receiving your order, you will be asked by email to review our product and service.
Your review will be added to our site and it can be viewed by everyone visiting our shop.
